Government Procurement.
Advancing Indigenous Procurement
At Tankatek, we believe government procurement can be a force for meaningful change. As an Indigenous-owned technology company, we proudly support Canada’s mandate to ensure that at least 5% of federal contracts are awarded to Indigenous businesses. This commitment not only opens doors for our company but also strengthens Indigenous participation and leadership in Canada’s digital future.
Supporting PSIB Modernization
Tankatek is fully aligned with the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). We are actively engaged in this evolving program, which was shaped through consultations with Indigenous leaders and the Government of Canada. The updated strategy provides more opportunities for Indigenous firms to compete fairly for federal contracts, particularly through the “Set-Aside Program,” which ensures dedicated space for Indigenous businesses to deliver solutions that matter.
Tankatek Procurement Vehicles
Our approved procurement vehicles make it easier for government departments to access our solutions:
- National Master Standing Offer (NMSO):
- Audiovisual Solutions and Services Agreement (AVSA)
Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB)
To promote, strengthen and enhance a prosperous Indigenous economy through the fostering of business relationships, opportunities and awareness for all our members.
Tankatek is CCIB Certified.
